Brooke has over 12 years of experience in the Knowledge Management (KM) arena, as both a business practitioner and consultant.
For over a decade, Brooke developed a thorough understanding of KM and Contact Centre operations, working within the banking sector to improve processes, enhance user experience, engage stakeholders and optimise SharePoint for Branch and Contact Centre employees according to the needs of the business.
As a consultant with Customer Driven, Brooke has been a key part of our team, working with clients such as Origin, Bank of Queensland, RACQ, Telstra, St. Vincent’s and BlueCare. With strong communication skills and her expertise in KM, Brooke is excellent at managing client relationships, creating and delivering training, providing guidance and framework according to KM best practices.
