David has over 15 years’ experience as a senior HR and Learning & Development professional.

His expertise is in leadership formation, transition, coaching and mentoring, helping clients and stakeholders in the dynamics of their business model to achieve cohesion in organisational design, people solutions and operating excellence.

David is one of the founding Directors of Customer Driven with professional networks and significant experience spanning Aviation & Tourism, Media & Journalism, Production, Logistics, Retail, Aged Care and Contact Centres. As the National Head of Cabin Crew at Virgin Australia, David aligned the organisational promise through human-centred systems, processes and controls, to achieve differentiation, competitive advantage and long-term sustainability.

David is focused on the goal. His ability to see the goal and develop and execute a plan to achieve these, has served him through his roles at Ansett Australia, Virgin Blue and News Corporation as he has mentored people in roles from manager to CEO as they have pursued their own goals.
