Tien is a senior Workforce Management expert with over a decade of experience within the Contact Centre industry.

Prior to his time with Customer Driven, Tien was responsible for identifying and implementing key WFM initiatives within a large retail bank with multiple business units, channels, functions and locations.

Throughout his extensive career in workforce management, Tien has successfully transitioned multiple contact centres across multiple locations domestically and across countries. He champions best practice business operating standards, while ensuring continued implementation. Since working at Customer Driven, Tien has played a key role in WFM projects with clients like Tabcorp, Origin and iSelect.

Tien possesses strong analytical skills, expertise in contemporary WFM systems. He is a strong communicator with the ability to interact with both Senior Management and Frontline employees.
